Array BioPharma offers an excellent compensation package including competitive salary, company ownership, performance bonuses, 401(k), and comprehensive benefits. Regular full-time employees are eligible for the following benefits:

Insurance Coverage

Medical/Dental/Vision/Prescription Coverage
Array’s group health plans includes medical, prescription, dental and vision insurance. The plan is a PPO plan that provides comprehensive medical coverage, with low co-payments and deductibles.

Life Insurance/AD&D and Voluntary Supplemental Life Insurance
Employees are covered by group life insurance through the company and also for accidental death and dismemberment coverage. Employees are also offered the opportunity to purchase voluntary life insurance at competitive rates for themselves and their family members.

Short-Term Disability and Long-term Disability
After an illness or injury of seven consecutive calendar days, employees will receive full salary during the first 83 calendar days of a medically-authorized disability or illness. Employees are also covered by long-term disability insurance that allows for a portion of salary after 90 continuous days of medically-authorized disability.

Employee Assistance Program
Employees and their household members are entitled to free, confidential assistance for personal issues that may be affecting family, work performance, or home life. There are also services for legal and financial issues.

Voluntary Programs

Flexible Spending Program
Health Care Spending Account – Allows employees to pay for eligible healthcare expenses with pre-tax money, through payroll deductions.

Dependent Care Spending Account – Allows employees to pay for eligible dependent care expenses with pre-tax money, through payroll deductions.

Array 401(k)
All regular full- and part-time employees may contribute a portion of their gross salary pre-tax to the Array 401(k) Plan. The Plan, administered by Fidelity Investments, allows employees to choose from eight fund alternatives for their contributions. Array will provide matching funds up to a certain percentage. Matching funds vest over a 4-year period. Employees are eligible to enroll on the first day of any calendar quarter after their hire date.

Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
All regular full- and part-time employees are eligible for the ESPP. Employees may contribute between 1% and 15% of their salary after-tax through payroll deductions to purchase Array stock at a discounted price. Employees are eligible to enroll on the first day of any calendar quarter after thirty days of employment.

Educational Assistance Program
Employees are eligible for educational assistance for pre-approved courses or degree programs taken at an accredited institution that increase their job knowledge and skills which further career growth. If an acceptable passing grade is received, employees will be reimbursed for tuition, books and lab charges, if any, incurred in connection with courses, less any financial aid received from other sources. This benefit is subject to IRS rules and limitations.

Time Off

Paid Holidays
Array provides its employees with eight paid holidays and two floating holidays per year.

Vacation
During the first five years of continuous, full-time employment, Array employees accrue five hours of vacation per pay period, up to a maximum of 120 hours per year. During the sixth through tenth years of service, employees earn an additional eight hours annually for each year of service in excess of five years, up to a combined maximum of 160 hours per year. The maximum amount of vacation that may be accrued is 240 hours.

Personal Time
Array employees are provided up to two paid personal days each calendar year for short-term absences of a personal nature. Personal days do not accrue or carry over to the next year.
